8. Cleaning Showerheads
Mineral deposits can clog showerheads, reducing water flow. To clean your showerhead, dissolve a dishwasher tablet in a bag of warm water and secure it around the showerhead with a rubber band. Let it soak for a few hours, then remove the bag and rinse the showerhead. The cleaning agents will dissolve the mineral buildup, restoring full water flow.
9. Polishing Glassware
Dishwasher tablets are excellent for polishing glassware. Dissolve a tablet in warm water and use the solution to soak glassware that has developed a cloudy appearance. After soaking for a few minutes, rinse thoroughly. The glassware will come out sparkling clean and crystal clear.
